Gynostemma the Adaptogen

Gynostemma is a great help in helping on both ends of working out, so it will also help you work out better, improving oxygen utilization, improving respiring, opening up the lungs, improving metabolism, but also helping out with recovery, so helping the body to recover and renew after the workout and heal quicker which is pretty extraordinary. It's also relaxing because it works on the shen. It works on the nervous system, and it's such a powerful adaptogen. It's simply relaxing, relaxing, balancing, and truly just takes the edge off so that you can just feel calm and present and in the instant. It is sort of sweet, so you can serve it to folk that, you know, hate anything healthy, it's a strong base for elixirs or drinks or smoothies because it tastes good, but also it is nice as you don't really have to boil it or cook it for long, it's simply something that you can steep for ten to 15 minutes and truly experience the miracle of it, which is nice because this is what makes gynostemma so dazzling is that it has more adaptogenic saponins than any other plant found and it's cheap, and it is simple to use. And it tastes loverly.
